There was some good news today on the LNG front.  The National Park Service released a letter to FERC saying that Hess’ proposed “in-bay” berthing facility is “inconsistent” with the Taunton Wild and Scenic River designation.  While this is not the end of the battle, it’s another victory for those of us who treasure our waterways.
